1. The quality of Knockoffs is very low bordering very bad and use substandard components. As a result health, safety, and property are seriously compromised and do cause accidents and even death.

2. Purchasing original and authentic products assures each user gets high quality products that can enjoy for years (when installed correctly and by a trained mechanic). Knockoffs, however, create personal, property hazards and does affect the overall performance and look that each person wants for their daily rides. It also dilutes the essence of the automotive industry and is simply nothing more than theft by those looking to make quick money at the expense others.

3. The valuable reputation of manufacturers who have spent decades building their brand and quality assurance must also bear the brunt of unfair judgment.

4. Satisfaction, looking good, and personal happiness in the pursuit of speed are jeopardized. And let's not forget the respect factor a car owner puts on the line at the track, shows and car meets. After all, everyone in this business is here for something greater us all, the comradery and friendships we make.

5. We have spent years building our rapport with the tuners and brands which we represent and carry. We are not here just to sell parts or "make a buck." We are here to help nourish and improve the current state of our beloved industry of choice and the those companies that have spent countless man hours on research and development to offer high quality and amazing products. Henceforth, Tuned Japan will not support any site or company that is unable to prove that it is a legitimate dealer/agent of or for the manufacturer it seeks to represent.While this may be shooting ourselves in the foot, here at Tuned Japan, believe in quality and not just quantity. A. In purchasing from Tuned Japan. thru Social Media or thru our site, it is considered that you have Read, Understood, and Accepted the below Terms and policies of Tuned Japan. Abusive customers and derogatory posts, emails, PM's, thru social media or otherwise will not be tolerated and Tuned Japan reserves the right to refuse or stop business or business transaction with anyone or their "friends" who is found to be abusive and or derogatory to any of the staff of Tuned Japan whether or not the abuse and/or threats of violence are committed by the purchaser or not. Tuned Japan reserves the right to terminate any and all contact in connection with such cyber-bulling. We reserve the right seek damages in cases we deem as slanderous, cyber-bullying, or otherwise.

Ownership of Content Tuned Japan websites may offer featured articles, pictures, information, digital images, games, surveys, contests and sweepstakes, advertising, logos, trademarks and other content (collectively referred to hereinafter as “Content”, but excluding specifically User Content as defined below) we hope will be of interest to our visitors. 2. Restrictions on the Use of the Site and Social Media 
As a condition of using this site, you agree that you will not: 

(a) Without the prior written consent of TunedJapan, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works of, transfer, or sell any Content; 

(b) Submit, display, or transmit any User Content (as hereinafter defined) that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party, or User Content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships; 

(c) Submit, display, or transmit any User Content that exceeds TunedJapan’s capacity limits or for which you do not own or have the necessary and appropriate rights; 

(d) Submit, display, or transmit any spam, duplicate messages, unauthorized promotions or advertisements, surveys, contests, chain letters, or pyramid schemes; 

(e) Forge headers, create a false identity, or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to deceive others or disguise the origin of any User Content transmitted to or via the site; 

(f) Use of the site or Social Media to threaten, defame, abuse, assault, stalk, harass or otherwise violate the rights of any other person, employee of Tuned Japan or any Tuned Japan entity or vendor, including without limitation rights of privacy or publicity. If the person or any of their "friends" make terrorist or public threats of violence towards any Tuned Japan employee, staff, or business associate. In the event of a dispute, the individual who made the purchase or used the site will be responsible for any damages resulting from any dispute or slander caused or created by said "friends" or "public "bashing" posting by purchaser; 

(g) Publish, post, display, offer, slander, defame or disseminate any profane, obscene, indecent, unlawful, terrorist, violent, or hateful User Content about any employee or client of Tuned Japan on FaceBook or other social media platform. In the event a purchase is made thru a Tuned Japan staff member thru PM or Social Media outlet and in the event a dispute or miscommunication arises; the terms and conditions of the Tuned Japan site and its policies are and will be bound to each transaction. FaceBook and other social media platform policies, bylaws, etc do not supersede Tuned Japan's set policies, agreements, regulations or policies. Any such transgression will be subject to lawsuit and legal penalties where the individual is located and we will provide all information to local and government agencies up to and including age, sex, ethnicity, vehicle make and model and list of products purchased thru Tuned Japan;

(f) The buyer agrees to be responsible for any and all damages cause by their "friends," slandering, defaming, over embellishing the facts of situation. Buyer also agrees any slander and defamation towards Tuned Japan or any Tuned Japan staff is immediate grounds to (a) terminate communication and agrees to surrender all funds to Tuned Japan as compensation should an amicable solution not be achieved. Buyer also accepts responsibility for any and all court and attorney fees in the event of a dispute. In such cases the buyer also agrees to responsible for damages and loss of business in such cases. Buyer also agrees all correspondence thru email, FaceBook or Social Media shall in the upmost confidentiality. Furthermore, should the buyer agrees to be responsible for damages from sharing screenshots with his/her friends, acquaintances, third parties or otherwise publicize or by action of his/friends are publicized.  

(g) In the event of slander and defamation of character; Tuned Japan reserves the right to release any and all information concerning said situation. Buyer agrees to forfeiture of confidentially rights in such cases. 

(h) Collect, store, publish, post, sell, transmit, or disclose personal data about other users of the site; or

(i) Monitor or copy Content.

(j) All communication thru FaceBook or Social Media is confidential and may not be screenshot, copied, or otherwise reproduced. Sharing such communication will be considered as cyberbullying with the intent to slander or publicly shame Tuned Japan or a personnel/staff member. In such cases, we reserve the right and will seek damages.  

Site Security Use Restrictions:     

Tuned Japan takes the security of this website seriously. Therefore, in addition to the restrictions set forth above, you may not: 
(a) interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of this website or any activity or service on this website by using any robot, “bot”, spider, crawler, engine, device, software, tool, routine or any other automatic device or manual process of any like or kind without our written permission, or engage in any activity which interferes with the proper working of or access to this site or to any host or network; 

b) attempt to access data or information not intended for you or log onto a server or account that you are not authorized to access; 

(c) access or attempt to access any system or servers on which the site is hosted or modify or alter the site in any way;
